Job Description:
This role involves designing and developing visual assets for advertising channels such as print materials, point of sales merchandising, email design, SMS design, and static and animated social ads. Responsibilities include creative thinking, problem-solving, concept development, and prioritization in alignment with brand needs.
The role also entails utilizing trend intelligence, historical market knowledge, and software tools to execute original content with a focus on colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout. Collaborating with the brand team to ensure cohesive creative output against briefs from Marketing and Managing Directors.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in desktop publishing tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, CorelDraw, and Illustrator.
- Experience with computer-aided design.
- Strong eye for visual composition and understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative team members and ensure consistent branding.
- Effective time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated, committed, and able to receive constructive criticism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Teams.
- Grade 4 or above in Level 2 Maths and English; Level 4 or 5 qualification in a graphic or digital design-related field.
Desirable Criteria:
- Level 6 qualification in graphic or digital design or a related field.
- Full, clean, UK driving license.
- Two years’ experience in a similar role within the beauty industry.

- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: ÂŁ21,000.00 per year
